Cider Maker’s Description

Made from crab apples and Granny Smith, Crabby Neighbor is fermented slow and aged to soften up just a bit. Very tart, with enough crab apple tannin to linger on the palate.

Appearance:

  • light golden color, clear, bright

Carbonation:

  • light-moderate carbonation

Aromas:

  • tropical fruit, delicate

Taste:

  • tropical fruit, a little like Juicy Fruit, hints of bubblegum

Mouthfeel:

  • bright acidity

Finish:

  • fruity finish
