Aromas:

  • a very delicate nose, light home of mustiness, woody,

Taste:

  • delicate flavors, true to the pears, pears without the sugar, slightly tart

Mouthfeel:

  • acidic bite, light body

Finish:

  • quick clean finish

Tasting Notes / General Impression

crisp and refreshing

would have loved a note on the label to swirl the bottle first, lot's of sediment in the last pour that really impacted the character of this cider
