Upstate New York is home to over 80 cideries and apple orchards growing heirloom cider apples from the Hudson Valley to the Finger Lakes region, as well as within the Adirondacks and Catskills. You’ll also find urban cider taprooms in NYC and out on Long Island, as the wineries out towards the Hamptons have also embraced craft cider making.
