In making this for you I used quality ingredients sourced on the west coast. I hope you enjoy the subtle flavors this fine beverage has to offer!

Appearance:

rich orange pink color, almost clear

Carbonation:

light carbonation

Aromas:

floral, cranberry, citrus

Taste:

floral, cranberry, honey, citrus, hints of tropical fruit

Mouthfeel:

light acid, light tannins

Finish:

quick clean finish

Tasting Notes / General Impression

Occasionally I like to sit and just enjoy a cider. If I get the opportunity to try this again, there will be better notes next time.
