Cider Maker’s Description

Blackbird is our American-style berry-flavored cider, blended with the juices of black currants and elderberries. It's a little sweet and a bunch tart.

Appearance:

brilliant ruby red color, Crystal clear, bright

Carbonation:

minimal carbonation, almost still

Aromas:

earthy, black currant, berries are present but not dominant, there's a damp forest quality to it

Taste:

flavor explosion, black currant, blackberry

Mouthfeel:

full flavored not full bodied, slight acid bite

Finish:

lingering berry flavor, some lingering sweetness

Sometimes this "job" is taxing on the palate.
