Cider Maker’s Description

This cider is made with a blend of sweet and sour cherries, steeped with thyme from Purple Sage Farms to give it a fresh taste of spring.

Appearance:

  • clear, red with a slight pink hue

Carbonation:

  • light to moderate

Aromas:

  • tart cherry dominates

Taste:

  • cherry, herbal, stone fruit, tart

Mouthfeel:

  • pleasant acidity, light tannins

Finish:

  • earthiness and tannins linger
