Cider Maker’s Description

This cider is made with a blend of sweet and sour cherries, steeped with thyme from Purple Sage Farms to give it a fresh taste of spring.

Appearance:

clear, red with a slight pink hue

Carbonation:

light to moderate

Aromas:

tart cherry dominates

Taste:

cherry, herbal, stone fruit, tart

Mouthfeel:

pleasant acidity, light tannins

Finish:

earthiness and tannins linger
