Cider Maker’s Description

We added organic pineapples and a blend of Columbus, Centennial and Chinook hops to a base of dry apple cider. The melding of tropical pineapple and sticky, piney, super dank hops makes for a heady experience.


Appearance:

  • Semi-dull, light yellow color

Carbonation:

  • Light carbonation ,small bubbles 

Aromas:

  • hops, lemon, pineapple

Taste:

  • hops, pineapple 

Mouthfeel:

  • Light, crisp, slightly acidic

Finish:

  • Quick finish 

Tasting Notes / General Impression

If I'm being honest, I allowed the name of this cider to influence my expectations. With "dank" in the name I anticipated a filling and full bodied cider, but was surprised to find that it was light and easy drinking.
