Cider Maker’s Description

A crisp, dry cider with clear pear flavor. Citra and Nelson Sauvin hops add a light grapefruit note. Pair with sunshine & friends, and anything from BBQ to spicy curry.

Appearance:

  • crystal clear, bright, very light golden color

Carbonation:

  • light carbonation

Aromas:

  • very hoppy, citrus, pine trees, damp pine forest

Taste:

  • hoppy, nice pear flavor, earthy, grassy

Mouthfeel:

  • very clean and balanced

Finish:

  • quick clean finish

Tasting Notes / General Impression

Occasionally I like to sit and just enjoy a cider. If I get the opportunity to try this again, there will be better notes next time.
