A cider made with our proprietary blend of freshly pressed New York apples. OS Dry Rosé features a beautiful light pink color with a delicate nose, refreshing acidity and a smooth semi-dry finish.

DESCRIPTION

Freshly pressed New York apples make all the difference in this blush-colored cider.

DEVILISHLY DELICIOUS WITH

Toast and olive tapenade, prosciutto and melon, pork sausages and anything you can cook on a grill.


Appearance:

  • light pink / blush with just a hint of orange

Carbonation:

  • light to moderate

Aromas:

  • apple, berries, delicate

Taste:

  • apple, red grapes, melon

Mouthfeel:

  • moderate to high acid, acidic astringency

Finish:

  • lingering velvety feeling on tongue, some red apple lingers as well
