A sunny, daring cider discovered by blending El Dorado hops from Whitefish, Montana with fresh-pressed northwest apples. Sparkling and vivid.

Appearance:

clear, light gold, bright

Carbonation:

light to moderate

Aromas:

hops, evergreen, earthy, citrus

Taste:

hops, earthy, stone fruit, citrus

Mouthfeel:

bitter, crisp, pleasant acidity, hint of tannins

Finish:

lasting hoppy bitterness

a great example of what a hopped cider can be, very drinkable, getting closer to a juicy IPA
