Style - Hopped Cider, Semi Dry to Dry
Brix - 2. On the dry end of the scale while still very balanced and smooth.
Nose - Hop aromas, citrus fruits

Appearance:

Pale yellow, almost clear

Carbonation:

Moderate carbonation. Small to very small bubbles / fine

Aromas:

hops, lemon

Taste:

hint of hops, citrusy

Mouthfeel:

Tangy and slightly sour

Finish:

Quick finish
