In making this for you I used quality ingredients sourced on the west coast. I hope you enjoy the subtle flavors this fine beverage has to offer!

Appearance:

very slightly hazy, darker rose with home of orange and purple

Carbonation:

like carbonation

Aromas:

mint, floral, berries

Taste:

berries, honey, mint, minerality

Mouthfeel:

light acidity, very balanced

Finish:

quick clean finish

Tasting Notes / General Impression

very refreshing, I would really like to have this on a hot summer day, there's a teasing hint of sweetness that might be from the honey or might be a trick of the acidity
