Cider Maker’s Description

This semi-dry cider is made using real ginger and organic elder flower. Crisp body with wonderful notes of ginger without being too spicy.

Appearance:

  • Crystal clear, pure yellow, bright

Carbonation:

  • pour produced 1/8 - 1/4 head of small bubbles that held for a short while, full ring of tiny bubbles remains after pour, develops same frothy head when swirled that disappeared slowly

Aromas:

  • ginger (slight spicy tingle in the nose), earthy, floral, herbal

Taste:

  • hops, ginger, herbal, floral, grass, green apple

Mouthfeel:

  • moderate acidity, crisp

Finish:

  • lingering floral finish

Tasting Notes / General Impression

easy drinking, cool and refreshing, first tried this at The Pressed Conference 2017 in Denver...liked it then and still like it now
