Appearance:

clear, yellow

Carbonation:

moderate carbonation, small fizzy bubbles

Aromas:

ginger, fruity, herbal

Taste:

ginger, citrus, tangy

Mouthfeel:

light acidic bite, light astringency

Finish:

long ginger flavor

Tasting Notes / General Impression

great ginger flavor with a little bite but it doesn't have that ginger sting in the aroma
