Cider Maker’s DescriptionEvery generation or so, an apple variety is discovered that offers balanced acid and tannic structure, great aromatics and flavors. Such apples, given time and reputation, are honored as "heirloom" varietals, and this cider - part of our Heirloom Series - features just such an apple. Like all Liberty ciders, this beverage is wild-fermented, unfilitered, dry and fruit-forward, showcasing the wonders of true cider apples.

- earthy, vegetal, alcohol
- red apple, earthy, alcohol
- very balanced, maybe leans a little acidic, warming, tannins build with each sip
Tasting Notes / General ImpressionI may have consumed this cider just for the enjoyment of it, so I did not record detailed tasting notes.
Reviewer NotesI really struggled with this one, very rich flavor, the taste of alcohol is distracting me
