Cider Maker’s Description

Every generation or so, an apple variety is discovered that offers balanced acid and tannic structure, great aromatics and flavors. Such apples, given time and reputation, are honored as "heirloom" varietals, and this cider - part of our Heirloom Series - features just such an apple. Like all Liberty ciders, this beverage is wild-fermented, unfilitered, dry and fruit-forward, showcasing the wonders of true cider apples.

Tasting Notes / General Impression

I may have consumed this cider just for the enjoyment of it, so I did not record detailed tasting notes.

Reviewer Notes

I really struggled with this one, very rich flavor, the taste of alcohol is distracting me
