Cider Maker’s Description

Aromas of lemon zest and cut grass lead to flavors of light hops and a citrus kick of lemongrass. An award winning gateway cider for beer lovers and unique thrill for cider adventurers.

  • crystal clear, yellow color

  • developed a small bubble beer-like head when poured which dissipated in a soda-like fashion, very very few lingering tiny bubbles afterward

  • hops, citrus, woodsy

  • lemongrass forward, hops,

  • smooth, very slight acidic bite

Matthew favors dry hard ciders with body and leans towards traditional English styles, and he’s also developed a serious appreciation for hopped ciders and creative flavor infused ciders. Though he prefers sweets in solid forms, he does enjoy semi-sweet to sweet ciders responsibly when the mood strikes. Learn more about our Chief Cider Curator here.
