APPLES: Gravenstein

TASTING NOTES: Highly acidic Gravensteins combine with Pink Pearls aged on Merlot skins and an assortment of heirloom varieties aged in red wine barrels for our take on a tart, off-dry "Rose."

Appearance:

crystal clear, light peach color

Carbonation:

light bubbling of small to medium bubbles on pour, disappear immediately

Aromas:

very light aromas, light earthiness

Taste:

dry, tart, berries

Mouthfeel:

tangy, great acidic bite, full body

Finish:

long
