Cider Maker’s Description

APPLES: Gravenstein

TASTING NOTES: Highly acidic Gravensteins combine with Pink Pearls aged on Merlot skins and an assortment of heirloom varieties aged in red wine barrels for our take on a tart, off-dry "Rose."


Appearance:

  • crystal clear, light peach color

Carbonation:

  • light bubbling of small to medium bubbles on pour, disappear immediately

Aromas:

  • very light aromas, light earthiness

Taste:

  • dry, tart, berries

Mouthfeel:

  • tangy, great acidic bite, full body

Finish:

  • long
