Cider Maker’s Description

We work with a team of local and regional foragers who source ingredients for ciders that respect the seasons. We never use stuff like high fructose corn syrup, or phony colors and flavors. Just Northwest and Idaho grown apples and other of the earth’s goodness.

Appearance:

hazy but still transparent, golden/light-golden color

Carbonation:

very little carbonation, small to medium bubbles around edge but almost nothing on pour

Aromas:

chai tea, hints of funk, apricots

Taste:

sweet, chai,

Mouthfeel:

light astringency,

Finish:

long

Tasting Notes / General Impression

very tasty, easy to drink, maybe their vanilla honey cider with chai?, not as smooth as their vanilla honey

Matthew Ostrander
