The IPC is an American styled hopped hard cider. The hops add a citrusy complexity to the cider, followed by a rounded out hop body. It’s a perfect bait ’n’ switch for beer whenever the mood strikes. All natural, less than 2 grams of sugar per 16oz serving, no concentrates and, of course, naturally gluten free!Appearance:
- crystal clear, bright, very light yellow color, looks like a champagne / prosecco
Carbonation:
- pleasant, none on swirl, very tiny bubbles on pour that disappear almost immediately
Aromas:
- hops, citrus, grassy,
Taste:
- hops, hints of green apple, not sweet / dry, tart,
Mouthfeel:
- acidic and astringent
Finish:
- long
