Made from the same apple blend as Le Chene, but aged in stainless. Clean fruit on the nose. Dry to appreciate the fruit tannins. (Pronunciation: La See Ay)


Appearance:

  • bright yellow with a hint of gold, crystal clear

Carbonation:

  • mild carbonation, very small hiss when opened

Aromas:

  • honeydew melon, golden raisins, lightly grassy

Taste:

  • honeydew melon, hints of green apple, just a hint of green pepper

Mouthfeel:

  • very balanced, just slight hints of acidity and tannins

Finish:

  • clean finish with lingering hints of green apple and honeydew melon
