Carbonation:

  • very fizzy, frothy pour

Aromas:

  • lemon, earthy, very delicate

Taste:

  • earthy, lemon, ginger, herbal

Mouthfeel:

  • sharp acidity

Finish:

  • long lasting acidic tingle

Tasting Notes / General Impression

I like that the lemon is earthy and doesn't resemble any artificial flavoring, the label says semi-sweet but I can't find any sugar/sweetness, I'm curious if it fermented in the bottle and that explains the extra fizziness
