Glacial Till's first production of hard cider. A perfectly balanced, light cider with a touch of sweetness. Strong notes of lemon and citrus. An easy drinking and refreshing cider perfect for any occasion.

very pale yellow, bright, clear

Carbonation:

light to moderate carbonation

Aromas:

green apple, candy apple

Taste:

Mouthfeel:

balanced, light syrup

Finish:

quick finish

Tasting Notes / General Impression

Occasionally I like to sit and just enjoy a cider. If I get the opportunity to try this again, there will be better notes next time.
