Cider Maker’s Description

Lively and bright. A slight perceived sweetness from natural unfermentable sugars leaves a nice tannin profile on the palate.

Appearance:

clear, golden, bright

Carbonation:

light carbonation, bubbles are present when poured and swirled

Aromas:

very delicate nose, lightly floral, hints of honey

Taste:

it has that distinct pear flavor and residual pear sugars, citrus, tropical fruit

Mouthfeel:

pleasantly acidic and lightly tannic

Finish:

cool, clean, quick finish
