For an exotic twist, we have blended heirloom bittersweet and culinary apples with a taste of the tropics. Golden, ripe, and delicious pineapples have been married into our dry cider to give you a refreshing pineapple experience!

Appearance:

hazy, very slightly pale golden color

Carbonation:

medium to large bubbles on pour with full coverage disappearing quickly, lingering small to medium bubbles around edge, swirl creates more bubbles but not coverage

Aromas:

pineapple dominant

Taste:

between sweet and semi-sweet, pineapple, tropical fruit

Mouthfeel:

balanced leaning toward light acidic bite

Finish:

long

very refreshing, great summer cider, would be very interesting in cocktails
