Cider Maker’s Description

Smooth flavor with plum just detectable on the front of the tongue. Refreshing and scrumptious.

Appearance:

clear, bright red with a slight orange tint

Carbonation:

light to moderate carbonation

Aromas:

crisp apple and plum aromas, slightly herbal and floral

Taste:

plum, citrus, green apple, hints of berries

Mouthfeel:

light acidic bite, moderate astringency that hits you immediately

Finish:

slight linger of plum
