Appearance:

clear, bright, golden yellow color

Carbonation:

moderate to high, very fizzy when first poured

Aromas:

hot peppers, jalapeno, smoky pepper, green

Taste:

peppers, jalapeno, crisp apple flavor, earthy,

Mouthfeel:

light to medium spicy heat, high acid, moderate to high tannins

Finish:

heat and acid remain for a while
