Appearance:

  • clear, bright, golden yellow color

Carbonation:

  • moderate to high, very fizzy when first poured

Aromas:

  • hot peppers, jalapeno, smoky pepper, green

Taste:

  • peppers, jalapeno, crisp apple flavor, earthy,

Mouthfeel:

  • light to medium spicy heat, high acid, moderate to high tannins

Finish:

  • heat and acid remain for a while
