This radically dry cider has a rounded acidity and smooth mouthfeel, with a lingering tartness. No backsweetening means zero sugar - all the calories are from the alcohol! With lovely apple character and aroma, this elegant and effervescent cider can be enjoyed straight from the can or mixed in a creative cocktail.

  • yellow gold, clear, bright

Carbonation:

  • fizzy, very tiny bubbles

Aromas:

  • fruity, tropical fruit, green apple, green

Taste:

  • juicy, tropical fruit, grassy

Mouthfeel:

  • light tannins, moderate acid

Finish:

  • tart finish, clean finish
