Cider Maker’s DescriptionSave the Gravenstein is a full bodied, aromatic cider made exclusively from Gravenstein Apples grown on our next-door neighbors farm in the Sebastopol Hills. Some of these apple trees are over 100 years old! This bright cider unfolds with layers of orange blossom honey, fresh flowers and is accentuated by well-structured acidity and tannin.

- apple is front and center, red apple skin, hints of stone fruit
- pleasant acidic bite, light to moderate tannins
