Our Sidra Cider boasts a robust and hearty flavor imparted by the age old Wild Brettanomyces Fermentation process. Our ciders are hand-crafted from apples grown in Colorado orchards at an elevation of 6,130'. Cool nights and warm days bring out the flavors that make our ciders so special.
Appearance:
- cloudy/hazy, orange-golden color
Carbonation:
- Light carbonation on pour, ring of very tiny bubbles remained, can see small bubbles rising in glass, swirl develops a full coverage quickly disappearing head
Aromas:
- Over-ripe apples, stone fruit, earthy
Taste:
- sour, peach, Brett
Mouthfeel:
- Biting acidity

- Long
