Sidro is our flagship cider. It is infinitely crushable and crafted with Belgian Saison Yeast. We created Sidro with something very specific in mind: a balanced cider with layers of flavor that do justice to the five apples inside. This cider walks the line between off-dry and semi-sweet.
Appearance:
- nearly clear, light yellow, bright
Carbonation:
- light carbonation with just a few tiny bubbles when swirled
Aromas:
- orange, hints of red apple skins, buttery
Taste:
- McIntosh apples, with hints of orange and tropical fruit
Mouthfeel:
- balanced, creamy
Finish:
- lingering tropical fruit flavor with a smooth mouthfeel
