crystal clear, bright, deep dark yellow

Carbonation:

full coverage on swirl, 1/4" quickly disappearing head of small to large bubbles when poured

Aromas:

apple pie, cinnamon, cloves, smoking oak

Taste:

tastes like apple pie, a little tart

Mouthfeel:

acidic bite and tannic

Finish:

lingering dessert-like finish
