Somerset is a traditional farmhouse style craft cider. It is semisweet and made with organic winesap apples, fermented with wild yeast and cellar aged. Enjoy our nod to craft & tradition.

Appearance:

  • crystal clear, bright, rich golden color

Carbonation:

  • almost full coverage of medium to large bubbles on pour dissipating to a small full ring of tiny bubbles, swirl develops lingering full coverage of small bubbles

Aromas:

Taste:

  • semi-dry, leather

Mouthfeel:

  • smooth and balanced

Finish:

  • long
