clear, bright, very light golden

Carbonation:

light carbonation

Aromas:

green, light earthiness, hints of stone fruit, delicate nose

Taste:

floral, sweet-ish apple, very fruity

Mouthfeel:

pleasant acidity, crisp

Finish:

quick clean finish, light lingering acidity

Tasting Notes / General Impression

very refreshing, great cider for a warm summer day, somewhere in that elusive middle ground between semi-sweet and semi-dry
