Submersive is a deeply delightful cider. Just sweet enough, it surrounds your tastebuds with the goodness of Virginia apples.

  • clear, bright, very light golden

Carbonation:

  • light carbonation

Aromas:

  • green, light earthiness, hints of stone fruit, delicate nose

Taste:

  • floral, sweet-ish apple, very fruity

Mouthfeel:

  • pleasant acidity, crisp

Finish:

  • quick clean finish, light lingering acidity

Tasting Notes / General Impression

very refreshing, great cider for a warm summer day, somewhere in that elusive middle ground between semi-sweet and semi-dry
