Unfiltered, lightly carbonated, freshly pressed apple cider, lemon juice and/or lemon peel, ginger root. Ale Yeast.

Appearance:

  • opaque, rich golden straw color

Carbonation:

  • full coverage of small to medium on pour disappearing quickly, very little / none

Aromas:

  • ginger, floral, citrus

Taste:

  • ginger, tangy, semi-dry

Mouthfeel:

  • light acidic bite

Finish:

  • lingering ginger flavor

full bodied and rich, very tasty but I couldn't session it
