We planted the “wild” apple cultivars that grew in eastern America, England and France to make our ciders – the name Wild Washington Apple seemed appropriate. With pineapple aroma and a pronounced mineral quality that gives the cider a lively mouth feel. There are notes of green apple and preserved lemon.Appearance:
- Rich, golden color. Almost a hint rose coloring.
Carbonation:
- Moderate carbonation. Small to large bubbles.

- Very unique aroma and taste. Hard to place. Caramel?

Mouthfeel:
- Very slight astringency.
