very light haze, pale light yellow color

Carbonation:

1/8" inch of fizzy head on pour, small bubbles, dissipated quickly

Aromas:

hefeweizen, yeasty, wheat, citrus, lemon

Taste:

yeasty, very beer like, dry

Mouthfeel:

moderate astringency

Finish:

quick

refreshing, great cider to introduce to beer drinkers as a way of showing not all cider is sweet
